7 Guidelines Before Buying A Money Making Product Or System

If you have a money making website or blog, then I can assume that you've been exposed to alot of the different how to make money salespage/salespitch out there that is currently littering the internet right now. I've bought so many money making products and systems that some of them are just taking up space in my hard drive.

These guidelines are basically for the newbies out there since I know from experience that reading a sales letter sucks big time. Some of them are just too long arent they? Well, hopefully these little tips can guide you and aid you as to what to look for before handing over your hard earned money and making the same mistakes I did. With that said, let's get started.

1. Site professionalism-Before you buy a product, skim through the whole salespage and ask yourself, How does the design of the page look like? Is it well laid out? Does it look nice and clean and presentable? Did it look like the author spent some time designing his salespage? For the most part, the answer to these questions will be yes. They will have nice headers, nice graphics, bulleted points etc etc. But occassionally, you'll run into some "amateurish" websites. Basically, these websites have no graphics and no headers, maybe a catchy title and at the bottom of the page, they ask you for your email address and that's it. I personally stay away from these types of websites because all they want to do is collect email addresses before they show you their actual salespage. I don't like those so I stay away from them.

Another thing you have to ask yourself when looking at a salespage is how convincing is this website? Does it grab your attention? Will this product benefit you in the long run?

2. Proof of earnings screenshots-this is another one of those things that are very misleading. You need to be very careful when looking at proof of earnings screenshots and don't let yourself get too excited when you see the amount of money these people are making. Alot of them are bogus. All it takes is a little bit of photshop and those numbers can be manipulated. What you need know about these screenshots also is that the total amount they have on their screenshots are not what they really earned (or net profit) since they also have to pay for their advertising costs. You also need to look at the amount they supposedly are earning everyday. Does it look realistic? Can you really earn that much in one day? So be wary of these screenshots. I'm not saying that they cannot be achieved, I'm pretty sure you can but that takes time. So be careful and don't buy a product based on their so called "proof of earnings."

3. Testimonials-I'm not that critical when it comes to testimonials but there are certain criteria that I look for when reading testimonials. I know that for the most part, testimonials will only include the person's first name and last name initial followed by the city and state where they are from. I'm a little bit cautious when it comes to these kinds of testimonials because sometimes they are just made up by the author. It's not hard to write your own testimonial and put a bogus name beside it, who's gonna know right? A good testimonial will usually have the first and last name of the customer, the city and state they live in and sometimes even a picture. Some testimonials even have audio on them so that can be a good thing also. I've also seen testimonials where the author will put screenshots of the email they get tellling them how good their product is so that can be a valid testimonial.

4. Price-before I buy a product, I always check the price. Unless of course you're a millionaire and don't bother to check for the price (in this case, why are you here?) Ask yourself, is this product really worth the amount they are saying? Can you afford it? Is this just a one time payment or will there be monthly payments for using this product. There were times when I would directly scroll down the bottom of the salespage first and check the price. If it sounds reasonable then that's when I would critique the salesletter. If I know I can't afford it at the moment and I'm interested at the product, I would usually just bookmark it and come back to it at a later date. I've done this for numerous products. Don't believe the "Limited Time Offers" or the "Buy this before midnight" crap. Some even have a timer saying this offer is only valid until the timer runs out. Pssh...that's BS. I've bought multiple systems a month sometimes even a year later, and they were still the same price as before.

5. Money back guarantee-I can't emphasize this enough. Always, always, look for a money back guarantee. There were times when I bought a system and found out that the information they had, I already knew or another ebook already talked about it. One word of caution though, always read their guarantee. Just because you see a money back guarantee deal on their site, does not mean that you will get your money back. Some sites will ask you to prove to them that you used their methods and show them proof, otherwise they won't give you a refund. I, personally, look for money back guarantee agreements where they say that they will give you a refund "no questions asked." That sounds better to me because sometimes, the techniques they teach just plain suck or it's already something I've done.

6. Google it for scams-this is another technique I've learned throughout the years. Before you hit the "buy it now" button because their salespage was so good and got you convinced to try their product, google it for scams. All you do is type the products name and the word "scam" after it. So let's say you found a product called "Instant fame and fortune" (this is just a fictitious product, not a real one). You then go to google, and type "Instant fame and fortune scam" You just don't know how many times this little research has saved me money and hopefully you too. Try it, you'll thank me later.

7. Visit forums-this is probably another good way for you to do research before buying a how to make money product. There are two forums I usually go to. One is called: why do work forum and the other one is warrior forum.

If you go to why do work forum, click on the "Forum" tab, then look for the "Work at home forums" section. Under that title, you will see a forum title called "Anyone heard of..." Here you will find a lot of the money making products that other people have bought and you can get an idea whether it's worth buying or not. If you don't see it, just start one yourself, you'll usually get a response.

If you go to warrior forum, look for the forum title "Internet marketing product reviews and ratings" Here you will find if the product you want is a money maker or a fluke.

So there you go folks. This is my guidelines before I indulge in buying a make money system or product. There are exceptions of course, these guidelines here are just that...guidelines. If for example, you feel that the product is good and you know it's not a scam but the testimonies look funky where it's just the first name and last name initial, go ahead and buy it especially if people in the forums are having success with it. What I'm trying to say is that each website or salespage is not gonna have all this criteria I've listed above. In fact, I've never seen one yet. These guidelines are just my way of researching a product so I'm not out there wasting my money on every single "how to make money online" program out there.

So remember folks, research, research, research. We all work too damn hard to just throw our money away. Till then...peace out!

Make Money With Your Photos

Are you a professional photographer? Do you like to take pictures just for the fun of it? Well if you do, then you just might be able to make some money from your pictures. Sounds good? Well, it's not gonna make you rich but if you have a lot of pictures that you're itching for everyone else to see, then you just might make money with your photos.

Ok, from the information I've gathered, what happens is that you take your photos, you know those pictures that you look at and say..."Dang, I look good in that" or "Wow, that picture has a nice background" whatever it may be, you get the picture right? No pun intended. But anyways, all you do is become a member of that photography site, upload the pictures that you want the whole wide world to see and boom...you get paid.

Like I said, it's not gonna make you rich since they only pay you around $0.25 to around $1.00 everytime you're picture is downloaded. You're also gonna need to read their Terms and Conditions and FAQ to learn what kind of pictures you can upload to their site and what you can do with the pictures once you become a member.

With that said, you trigger happy people can head over to these sites and check it out yourself:

  1. Shutterstock
  2. Fotolia
  3. Dreamstime
  4. Big Stock Photo

So grab your digital camera (or 35mm like me), snap them pictures and make money with your photos!

Ping Your Blog

If you're new to blogging, then you need to understand the concept of pinging and why it's important. When you ping your blog, you're basically telling the search engines, RSS feeds and other interested blog sites know that you have updated your blog. This is important because this is how your blog gets noticed. Remember back in high school when the principal would get on the intercom and tell the whole school that an important event is coming? Well, this is just like that. When you ping your blog, you're letting everybody know to go check out your blog. It's really not that hard, most of these sites only asks for a site name and your URL so it's easy and quick.

There are lots of FREE blog pinger sites that you can visit so take advantage of these services:

  • Pingomatic - this is by far the most popular among bloggers. It pings several popular sites and other specialized sites as well. Don't forget to create a bookmark for each ping url.
  • Pingoat - Pings 52 blogging sites, including special sites and non english tracking sites. You can easily select all services by selecting the category.
  • King Ping - Pings 18 sites. Bookmark this page.
  • Blogflux Pinger - Pings 32 sites, including several specialized and language specific sites .
  • Feedshark - Ping, submit, & promote your blog, feed, or podcast for free to multiple services.
  • BlogBlip - Submits to 15 popular blog tracking sites.
  • Ping The Empire - Pings 18 blog sites.
  • Pingates - Pings 37 sites and includes Japanese ping sites too.
  • Ping.In - notifies several Blog Search Engines and blog directories.
  • Autopinger -automatically pings your selected blog sites. Has a XML-RPC interface too.
As far as pinging too much, I have no idea. I usually ping everytime I post something whether it's once or ten times a day. I do not know if there is a limit as to how much you can ping in a day so if you have the answer, feel free to leave a comment so everybody knows.

Now that you know how to ping your blog, there is no excuse for you not to get noticed out there. As for me, I'm out to ping this post! Till next time...blog and ping!

MyLot Community

Hi guys! Just wanted to comment on this nice little community I found that actually pays you for being active on their site. It's called MyLot and I've only been a member for a few days and participated in a few discussions and whala...I got paid. A mere $.16 cents so far but that's only because I've merely browsed around the site to get familiar with it and only replied to a couple discussion questions.

MyLot is kind of like MySpace or Friendster but you get paid for being an active member and by being "active" I mean like participating in discussions questions, making up your own discussions, posting good content stuff like that. Also when you refer people, you get 25% of their earnings. The amount you get paid varies according to how well you respond to messages or discussions and the quality and content of it. There are other ways like uploading photos as well, just be active in the community and I guarantee that you will get paid. It's not much but anything is better than nothing right?

You will get paid via paypal and the payout amount is $10 so make sure you have a paypal account set up. Other than that, participate, participate participate and earn your money. I see a good future in this so the more people, the better.

This place is also a good source to get traffic to your website/blog if you have any since you will meet a lot of new people here so make sure to make some new friends. They make good backlinks if you know what I mean.

So like the Nike commercials says..."Just Do It!" Join MyLot right now!

Project Payday Review

In my never ending quest to make money online, I stumbled upon a money making program that I've never encountered before. It's called Project Payday and the sales page just blew me away because if you go to their site, you will see that they listed most of the different methods of making money online and Project Payday still claims that their method is different and is not related to any of the other methods on their list. This peeked my curiosity so I just had to know more. Turns out that this program is all about "Incentivized Freebie Websites" or IFW for short.

Ok, I'm pretty sure that you've opened up your email and heard of the special offers where they are willing to send you a "free ipod" or "free laptop." You then sign up on their website and complete offers for different advertisers like Blockbuster or some kind of Ebay auction kit and you get credit. Once you are credited for the offers, you are eligible to receive your prize. The catch is you need to refer a certain amount of people to claim your "free" stuff. Just like you, I figured that this was a scam from the get go but it turns out that this actually works.

According to Project Payday, there are different ways to make money using these free sites otherwise known as IFW. Like I said, you need to refer people to claim your prize but who in the world would want to complete an offer for you? This is where Project Payday comes in. According to this program, there are forums that you can join where people are actually willing to pay you to complete an offer for them. That's one way. Another way is for you to sign up and get your referral link. You then post in the forum telling people that you are willing to pay them $10 or $20 or whatever amount you like to complete an offer for you. Sounds easy? Not quite.

If you are not a very responsible or organized person, then you're gonna have to change and become one because filling out the offers takes time and you need to keep track of which offers you've done and which sites you've signed up for because you can't do the same offers twice or have multiple accounts on the free site you joined. Plus filling out those forms can get very boring and monotonous. So, in a way, it kinda feels like work. You're also going to need a credit card for most of the offers and you need to make sure you have a Paypal account because this is the only way for you to get paid.

If you read the website, it actually tells you that you will not get rich using this program (I appreciate the honesty here) but you will make money. I actually use the money I get from this program to buy the other get rich schemes out there. I can honestly say that this is NOT A SCAM people. This program works. I've only been with this program for a week and already I've made close to $200 dollars. It just all depends on what technique you want to use. So check out Project Payday and earn some money!

AGLOCO Buzz...

Sorry for the delay folks, my 9-5 job has been keeping me busy so I've been MIA for the past few days.

Anyways, if you've been searching for ways to make money online, you may have noticed a lot of people talking about this AGLOCO program. Basically, it's going to be another one of those community websites like MySpace or YouTube, the only exception is we get paid for being a member. Here's a little background I got from the website:

AGLOCO’s story is simple:

Do you realize how valuable you are? Advertisers, search providers and online retailers are paying billions to reach you while you surf. How much of that money are you making? NONE!

AGLOCO thinks you deserve a piece of the action.

AGLOCO collects money from those companies on behalf of its members. (For example, Google currently pays AOL 10 cents for every Google search by an AOL user. And Google still has enough profit to pay $1.6 billion dollars for YouTube, an 18-month old site full of content that YouTube’s users did not get paid for!

AGLOCO will work to get its Members their share of this and more.

AGLOCO is building a new form of online community that they call an Economic Network. They are not only paying Members their fair share, but they’re building a community that will generate the kind of fortune that YouTube made. But instead of that wealth making only a few people rich, the entire community will get its share.

AGLOCO makes money for its Members in many ways:
  • Search: Every time you use the Viewbar™ to do an Internet search, AGLOCO earns money from the search engine providers. (For example, Google pays as much as $0.10 on average for each search that is directed to its search engine.)

  • Advertising: The Viewbar™ itself displays ads that are targeted based upon the websites you’re visiting. When you click on an ad and make a purchase, AGLOCO receives a referral fee, which we pass on to our Members. (Please note: Individual members do not receive any compensation for clicking on ads in the Viewbar™, and the Viewbar™ can detect if someone is clicking ads in a fraudulent manner.)
What do you think? Sounds too good to be true or what? I guess we'll just have to find out huh? But just in case this program does become successful, I wanna make sure I'm in it. So I did my job and signed up, now it's your turn.

So do both of us a favor: Sign up for AGLOCO here right now!

The Affiliate Allstar Review

Like I’ve said before, there are tons of get rich quick scams floating around the Internet and you will see that it can be very hard to find a legitimate way of making money online especially if you don’t know what you’re doing. You can easily get suckered into buying their product and once you do, they give you a lousy system or there are not enough details for you to get started. Trust me, I’ve been there and to this day, I still can’t help but buy the latest money making method just to see what’s I can learn or not. That’s why I’m here to let you guys know what works and what doesn’t because I’ve bought tons of money making systems.

So let’s get down to business.

This product that I’m about to tell you guys is the real deal. I was shocked at the information given by the author and it truly does work for a beginner. His techniques are simple, effective and easy to follow. It’s called The Affiliate Allstar.

You can tell right off the bat that this guy knows what he’s talking about. The content and quality of his ebook is one of a kind, the best thus far. The information is well organized, easy to understand and you can find your way around fast because he has a fully linked table of contents on every page. What that means, for the newbies, is that on every page, he has a link to the table of contents so if you wanted to find some information fast, you don’t have to scroll up and down all the time. I found that to be very useful.

The main course was very well written and takes you through exactly the same steps that the author used to get where he is today. Let me recap some of the topics covered in the course:

(i) Affiliate Marketing with detailed practical information on where and how exactly to find the right products that convert easily into cash and how to PROMOTE THEM FOR FREE before your competition does.

(ii) Pay-per-click (PPC) techniques with tips on writing attractive ads and how to do it even without your own website. In my opinion, a couple more examples of properly written ads here would have been helpful for the course.

(iii) How to create your own profitable website, even if you are a complete beginner, and how to attract UNSTOPPABLE TRAFFIC to that website. He also teaches you how to hide your affiliate links that stops commission thieves from taking your money.

(iv) Google AdSense with precise instructions on how to find HIGH PAYING ADS, how to get them clicked. Interesting tips on including AdSense in a blog page as well as some good alternatives to AdSense are also presented here.

(v) Advanced search engine optimization (SEO) techniques that will ensure top search engine rankings for your website.

(vi) CREATING YOUR OWN INFO PRODUCTS with all the necessary technical stuff and finding affiliates who will readily sell them for you. Also included in the members’ area were several bonus ebooks and software programs that covered topics such as getting your website a high ranking, making money with blogs, creating your own profitable e-products, an article submitter worth nearly $200, and quite a bit more.

I think the only gripe I have about this course is the videos. A few more videos in the members area would have been nice, especially on how to create/manage/upload your website, how to set up your FTP server etc, but overall the videos were thorough, and very well explained.

After reading the Affliliate Allstar, I realized that I was promoting the wrong products. His technique allows you to get in early before the competition catches on. I was amazed at its effectiveness and it really works. Some of his techniques for finding niches, I’ve never read or heard of before which was really good because I felt that I finally found something that might just work when it comes to making money online.

E-mail support is where The Affiliate Allstar really shines. I’ve had to e-mail Aaron a couple of times and he has responded very quickly, often within just a few hours. Overall, I felt The Affiliate Allstar was well worth the money.

I hate to say this, but anyone who can't make money with this course is unlikely to make money with anything. This is by far, the easiest way to make money online I have not seen anything better than this for the price, period.

This tops my list of recommendations if not the #1 spot as of right now.

Update: Aaron has just informed me that his ebook has now been updated as of March 11, 2007 and has added new videos as well.

Free Viral Traffic Generator

USE FREE VIRAL TRAFFIC GENERATOR TO MAKE MONEY ONLINE

We all know that getting traffic to our websites is a challenging task. It's even harder trying to use free traffic generator sites because I feel that most of these sites don't work and it's such a waste of time.

Well, I may have some good news for you, my fellow money making friends. I came across this information while browsing another fellow blogger who calls himself Grizzly Brear and since I don't have much time right now, (yes I still have a regular job...sigh!), I'll let him explain this in his own words...

Grizzly Brear wrote:

"I was going to say that in the midst of all the crap floating around in my emails I came across a gimmick that I hadn't seen before or at least I couldn't remember seeing it before. I have long since forgotten who sent it to me but that doesn't matter anyhow. The jist of it was a way to get up to one million visitors to your website WITHOUT spending a dime... Yea Sure! Since I am a confessed get rich junkie I just had to follow the link to see what this scam was all about. I buy tons of crap on the net simply because I can't resist finding out what the latest twist is, not because I actually think any of the crapola will actually make me rich.

So what was the twist?

Well, the webpage loaded and I was pleasantly surprised to see a well designed and professional looking site - not the usual garish looking one page sales letter we are all familiar with. A second surprise was the fact that it had a Google page rank of 4 - for the uninitiated this means a couple of things; the site has been around a while and it has a lot of backlinks which means that it is not a fly by night. Good stuff to know but I still smelled a scam and quickly zipped to the bottom of the page, without reading anything, in order to see how much money this "Free" program was going to cost me. Surprise number 3 - NADA, ZIP, no mention of cash at all - holy cow could this be real?

Being a cynic I have got things for free before and got what I paid for - more used up storage space on the hard drive and zero dineros in the bank account. A genuine freebie is always worth a read though, for the entertainment value if nothing else, so I read the 'Free Viral Traffic' spiel. I can't say I did a handstand when I finished but it was an interesting twist on the whole viral/MLM/Pyramid scheme and unlike the usual forms of these projects this one really was free so even if it didn't work at least it would not cost a cent.

So what is it?

Basically it's the old pyramid scheme but instead of you sending money up the chain you have to view 6 websites for about 30 seconds a piece. After viewing each site you are given a code and when you have the six codes you use them to join up and get your own page that allows you to put your ad or website in the first position. The idea is simple enough, over time your ad will get viewed by as much as a million people before dropping off the list. So what? Well most people view the sites and just get the code and move on to the next one - but a small percentage of people will see a site that does interest them and check the site out as well as get the code. If just one percent of the people check out your site you are looking at 10,000 visitors to your site. 10,000 potential buyers for free is nothing to sneeze at. I, of course just had to try this and quite frankly, thought I'd be lucky to get a hundred visitors. That was a month ago... so the results are in.

What happened?

To my amazement the site I used went from about 50 hits a day to an average of about 600 - no sh*t. Now being a complete loser I wasn't selling anything on the site, just giving away free ebooks (to build up a mailing list that I can use one day when I figure out someway to take peoples' money) but I did convert a lot of those visitors (10 - 15 a day)and now I have a fairly good size list. I have re-enrolled on the site with one of my sites that does sell something and after one week I have made 6 sales (yea, I know - I'm not getting rich) but what the heck, I made a little money from something that hasn't cost me one thin dime and I have a decent email list to boot."

So how do you get others to join?

If you're interested you can join at the link below and it is free so you have nothing to lose.

Note: When I joined I really expected nothing as far as traffic increase - I joined simply because the Viral site is a Google page rank 4 and I wanted the backlink. This is a nice bonus because you will get the backlink as soon as you put your site on the Viral Traffic page."

So there you go folks, I have to say, this really do work and I, myself, have noticed an increase in traffic the past few weeks and even though it's slow, any traffic is better than no traffic right? So try this out and hope it works for you too!

Automated Millions Review

I actually bought this product as I was researching another course on a review site. The sales page was pretty convincing and the fact that the testimonials actually had the full names of the customers led me to believe that this was a product worth looking into. So I forked out my hard earned money to see what this Automated Millions system was all about.

Once inside the member's area, there's not much to look at. It's a pretty plain site which has all your goodies:

1. 4 step by step videos
2. Two pdf ebooks focusing on marketing and opt list
3. A link to submit your site to MSN
4. A "free" affiliate website
5. Links to free and paid advertising site
6. Your free bonus course on internet marketing
7. A recommended site by the author

One thing I want to mention is the so called "free" website. While it is true that you get a free website, there's not much you can do with it. When I checked this website offer, they actually offer two different accounts. There is the basic account for the the so-called low budget people and the pro account for people who are serious about making money. Of course, with the basic account, you don't get any lovely features but the website and installation so if you want all the good stuff you'll have to hand over about $12 a month to the pro account for features like: being able to talk to marketing experts, higher affiliate commissions, control panel to edit your website, professional help in designing your site, marketing videos and tutorials and a whole bunch of extra stuff. Personally, I can probably find a cheaper site to find a domain and host like GoDaddy.com. They are way cheaper and have the necessities you need to build a decent website.

VIDEOS

As far as the program goes, all you have to do is watch the videos and follow along. When I first bought this system last year, there was no audio and I have contacted the company about it since at first I thought it was a glitch but I was told that there really was no audio and all you do is follow what's being done on the screen. That was fine and dandy, but if you're a beginner, you might get lost as far as what websites to go to. You need to pay attention to the websites they show since they don't really tell you where to go. Personally, I think putting in audio would help considerably and the last time I visited, it said that the videos were being updated and that audio is coming soon...YAY! Except that was months ago and still no audio...BOO!

EBOOKS

There really wasn't new information here for me. It might be good information for someone just starting out since it talks about marketing your website, how to get traffic and building an opt in list. But I felt the author could have dug in a little deeper and gave more details since all the information I read, I probably could have found online for free.

*Sidenote: You will notice that when you try all those "make money" online schemes, alot of the products you will buy only contain very dry information. Very rarely will you get a system where it actually tells you where to go and what to do once you get there. I found that most systems will tell you the general idea, point you to a website and leave you hanging. Meanwhile, they're sitting back, sipping some margaritas or something and counting the money they received from some poor guy who's looking to make money online fast. Yes, I've been there and it SUCKS! Ok, moving on...

MSN LINK

The MSN link is basically just that. It's a link that will take you to the MSN site so you can submit the URL of your beautifully created website to the search engines. (I'm just being sarcastic...don't mind me) Nothing new again.

ADVERTISING SITE

Here you will find mostly paid links to advertise your site and some free links but if you ask me, I'm not a big fan of "free" advertising. Most of these sites are bogus and a waste of time. I would say about 98% of these so called "free" ads are useless. So I basically scanned through it and I think there might be some useful ones but not much. Feel free to let me know if you know any "free" advertising site that gives you good traffic. We're all here to help each other out.

FREE BONUS COURSE

Honestly, this is just more internet marketing stuff but once again, it's good info for beginners.

RECOMMENDED SITE

I visited this site recommended by the author. It's another money making website from a guy named John Denton. He has tons of informational stuff on how to make money online but the site design looks cluttered to me. I don't know maybe it's just me but if you want you can check it out. It's called MyConnection2Wealth.com. I don't receive any affiliate commissions for this which is why I didn't put any link to it. I merely wanted to show you why I felt this site looks cluttered.

So is this program worth it? Can it really make you money online once it's automated? Well, it depends. If you're a veteran as far as internet marketing is concerned, then you probably have no use for it. This is mainly for beginners who are just starting out.

This is not on top of my list of recommendations since the only thing useful here was the videos even though it still has no audio. Feel free to let me know if anyone out there has had success with this Automated Millions program.

Till next time folks...!!

Which Of These Seven Types of People Are You And Which One Would You Like To Be?

Here is an excellent analysis of the types of people that exist when it comes to making money online. It contains some very good lessons and I'll go through each of the types here. After you have read through them ask yourself: Which one am I and where do I want to be?

The Mooch Bum

These people are clueless and are at the bottom level. They are ignorant and likes to waste their time. They have no knowledge of the money-making potential of the Internet. These people have a dead end job that they hate. But they don't want to invest in themselves and in educating themselves. This is the person who just uses the Internet to waste time. watch videos, chat with friends, read their email, watch porn and so on. Basically, its just a pastime and a means of pleasure. They believe there is no way you can make money online because they think everything is a scam. They think that people who are making money are just lucky.

Advice to these people: Just shut up and get a life!

The Wanna-Be

These people have heard of the Internet, use it and want to make money. They go chasing after every new fad and every new marketing ploy. These people have ambition (which isn't really enough). These people want to make money, but they just don't have a clue how to. They get suckered into every scam and crappy idea. These people are easily excited and gets involved in MLMs and jumps from one thing to another, thinking that there is some magic solution which they can plug-in and just make money, without any effort. These people do want to succeed, but they don't put in the effort. Their failure is that they think they can make lots of money if they can find the magic solution. These people just lack the knowledge of how to make money. They continue in this manner chasing a dream.

Advice to these people: If your life stinks, its your fault!
But if you take responsibility and take action, you can be successful.

The Pretend-To-Be

These people are living a lie. They are just "waiting for the right moment." They don't take any action because they feel that they have to do things perfectly. They just don't want to make any mistakes. They're always talking about starting an Internet business, but in reality they don't have the guts to do it. These people may have a successful offline business, like for example, a doctor or a lawyer. These people spend a lot of money going to seminars, buying courses and products. They are living a lie because they know a lot and can talk the talk, but they are scared to walk the walk. They have lots of excuses - "it's not the right time now," "I need to learn a bit more," When you speak to them, you might be dazzled about what they know. But its all just knowledge - no action. They're scared of taking that leap and jumping in.

Advice to these people: You don't have to get it right, you just have to get it going!
These people are really afraid, lack courage and don't want to take that jump. They just fool themselves by thinking that they are making progress by buying all the latest products and ebooks.

The Newbie

These people are actually on the track. These people have some knowledge and they have done their homework. They simply lack the technical "know-how" to get to where they want to be. They've bought ebooks and might have a few courses or seminars under their belt. They tend to follow "internet gurus," but the more they study, the more they get confused. These people don't realize that making money online is not about your product or service. Its all about the marketing. These people have a website, and may have their own product, or have resale rights products. But they don't know the specific details of marketing - tracking, conversion, copywriting secrets and technical issues. They are control freaks and want to do everything themselves. They think that if you want to do something right, you've got to do it yourself. In essence, they've just given themselves their own day job, and don't know how to take their business to the next level. These people are either losing money, or making a little amount of money. They're not really taking anything home. They are so bogged down in what they are doing that they lack vision. However, the good thing is that they are in the right direction.

Advice to these people: If you could do it on your own, you would already be there!
Get yourself some real marketing education. Take a course, study and learn the skills!

The Marketer

These people have a website, or websites that make them money. But all they have is a job and not a business. These people have an understanding of marketing, SEO, copywriting, tracking, conversion and so on. These people have been around and know what they are doing. They might be a leader in their particular niche and maybe making five figures per month. However, they think that they are doing really well, and have already accomplished the best that they can do. In reality, they're just holding themselves back and don't realize that the sky really is the limit. What they do is compare themselves the previous four levels, and think they are the leaders of the pack. They just have low expectations of themselves and don't compare themselves to the levels that are higher than them. They don't want to stretch themselves outside of their comfort levels. They think they know all that there is to know. These people can be described as "playing not to lose, instead of playing to win." These people simply need someone else to mentor them and take them to the next level.

Advice to these people: You don't know what you don't know. You can't solve a problem with the same mind that created it. You need someone to take you to the next level.

The Master

These people are either millionaires or making a good six figure income. They have a vast amount of knowledge of online and offline marketing and have expert knowledge of direct response marketing. These are high performance people. They have depth of understanding in traffic generation, conversion, tracking and so on. These people could enter any niche market and possibly dominate it within a relatively short amount of time. These people have learned that less control is more control. They focus on the things that they are good at (like the marketing) and outsource all the rest of the stuff. This gives them a great amount of leverage. Hence, they have a team. They know that their business must serve them and that they don't serve the business. These people are visionaries and leaders in their industry. They never stop learning and investing themselves. Very often these people have gone through adversity and really bad times, but have high self-esteem and drive, and have a clear vision that they aspire to.

Advice to these people: You are more than what you have become if you allow yourself to go beyond!

The Entrepreneur

This is the highest level where everyone should aspire to. These are multi-millionaires or even billionaires. These are master salespeople and master marketers. They have sold their Internet business for millions, have taken their companies public. They hire people who are much smarter than them. They don't micro-manage, but they macro-think. These people already have an exit strategy before they even start something. They know where they want to go, and aggressively drive towards that, utilizing other people's brains and other people's time and resources. They know that the purpose of a business is to either sell it or make it run on autopilot.

Advice to these people: Give back to society!

Let's Make Money Online

Hello there. I go by the name MMO and welcome to my blog! If you landed here then I can pretty much assume that just like me, you've been bitten by the "get rich scheme" and "make thousands online and quit your job" type of advertisements.

I'm not gonna lie to you. I've been trying to make some money for a couple years now, even if it was just a little bit to prove to myself that making money online does work, but unfortunately I've wasted thousands and have yet to make a single cent online. Sounds familiar? Well, that's why I created this blog to help you and me to finding that secret to making money online.

I'll be posting tips, recommendations, advice, reviews and scams that I've found since I started this whole online business. One word of caution- I am not some internet "guru" or "money making expert," I'm just a regular guy, with a regular job (for now), trying to achieve some financial success online. So once again, welcome and good luck as we embark on this rough journey to financial freedom.
